I want to organize a soup kitchen. But where? And do you want to come and help out?

I know there are a lot of people starving now and canned goods and instant noodles will not do them any good. Hot meals are still the best. A bowl of lugaw goes a long way especially if you’ve been feeling the hunger pains for quite a while.
