It’s easy to dismiss the youth as self-obsessed and apathetic but here they have proven how much they actually care. Also proving how technology and social networking sites can actually be relevant and not just a means of self-promotion.
I hope these ripples of interest and love for country will continue on beyond the tragedies but onto other productive causes. I’m thinking about the elections, the environment, justice and so much more.
